Bread4Life

Daily Meals

Bread4Life was originally designed, in partnership with local, community-based organizations, with the intent of providing free, nutritious, daily meals for the homeless.  Since its inception, and still to this day, Bread4Life serves meals out of the Pat Louis Community Kitchen at SFCSS.

For years it has been the love, generosity, and dedication of our many volunteers who ensure that the homeless do not go hungry.  While 2009 has seen Bread4Life undergo its most dramatic refinement, the commitment of the volunteers remains steadfast, and the original goal, of serving meals to the homeless, continues.

The Bread4Life Program coordinates all volunteer opportunities for groups who generously offer their time and support. Interested in becoming a volunteer? We have a number of opportunities available to you:

The majority of funds are raised one dollar at a time from families and individuals just like you.
