Affordable Housing

Julian House is a six-unit studio apartment facility which provides independent, low-cost housing in a positive environment. Requirements for residency include proof of status, disability, and disclosure of addictions history if applicable. Length of stay is determined by independent assessment and physician documentation.

All residents are Members of the Positive Haven support lounge, and meet with the Director of Health Services weekly. Julian House has an active waiting list but is taking applications. To find out more about Julian House or our application process, please contact Positive Haven.
